We accept checks and money orders if you don’t have a bank account but you wish to make an order, simply send us the mullah in an envelope and we will process your order as soon as possible.

We offer direct deposit because most bmx riders don’t have a credit card or debit card and It’s convenient. You don’t have to go to the bank to cash your check. It is easier and makes our job less of a hassle if you are to leave your order number as a reference to check with.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased from us please email info@hillsbikeco.com.au with your original order number and reason for return.

Items may be only be exchanged if in original condition and packaging, refunds will only be issued if goods are faulty or weren’t the goods in the order you received.

However, choose carefully because being a lazy fuck is not a valid reason for a return.

Email address
Order ID Number
Order date
Receipt sent with product

Items returned without prior email will not be accepted. We will refund shipping costs only if we are at fault. Items must be returned within 15 days of original purchase. We cannot accept items returned after 15 days of original purchase or that are not in original condition, and or have missing packaging and or parts.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs aren’t included in our prices, we offer local delivery and local pick ups if you are with in the Goolwa / Victor area. We use Australian Post. If you haven’t received your order by the time you think you should have, shoot us an e-mail or give us a call, we’ll be able to track it for you.

Please keep in mind that Australia Post does not operate on weekends & the estimated shipping time varies on the time of year.
Bigger parcels will need to be collected from your local post office & a slip will be left by Australia Post at the mailing address provided by you as notification.

If damaged or packaged poorly please take a picture of the item you received, email it to us, and we will sort it out for you.
